On : 11.13.18.10 version, Service Contract

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to create an Asset in Service Contracts using the Order Orchestration process.

After an order is created and shipped the custom Orchestration Process should create an Asset in the Contract. The process, after completion, does not create an asset though the status shows as completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The asset should be created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create sales order
2. Ship the order
3. Finished successfully
4. Asset is not created

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create assets.
