Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

An error occurs when saving an account during create.

ERROR
-----------------------
java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Sales > Accounts
3. Click the Create Account button
4. After entering the details, click the Save and Close button; the error occurs
Name
Party Usage = Party Site
Address 1, etc.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create an organization.
