ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While following the steps in this document:
Error on Import When Using File Based Data Import for Custom Objects for Field OraZcxOwner_Id_c (Doc ID 2478204.1)
The Employee Resource export is not returning any results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need a valid resource profile ID to use in the custom object import.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Engagement Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Schedule Export Processes
3. Create export on the Employee Resource; no results are exported

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the custom object import.
