Error [403 Forbidden] When Creating CPQ Site Settings in Salesforce Lightning Adapter (Doc ID 2499157.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create the CPQ Site Settings for the Salesforce Lightning Adapter, this error is displayed:

403 Forbidden

The error occurs after clicking "Next" on the Step 1 - Connection Details page.

Changes

A new Lightning Adapter integration is being set up.
