Create Relationship Type Issue (Doc ID 2499240.1)

Customer is trying to create a new Relationship Type, but after writing the name of the Relationship Type, the Save button and the Save and Close button become greyed out and customer cannot save or create the new relationship type.
Also, when searching for that relationship type in Manage Relationship Types, no result returned.
