Symptoms

Customer is not able to initiate a new publishing when logging in to the Admin UI, the following message is displayed and is still there after more than 3 hours.

Publication started. You are not able to make publishable data edits in progress.


Due to this issue, users cannot start a new publish or import in the Admin UI.
