On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Opportunities
When clicking on "Create Opportunity" button an error message is displayed.

JBO-25017: New entity row of type Opportunity cannot be created.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Opportunity object
2. Click the "Create" button
3. Error occurs
