Goal
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
Empty Employee Resource Import batches are stuck in Active status
We have also noticed files that are empty (only column information) also gets stuck now (this has been tested before and has worked flawlessly).
Is this behavior expected for the bank import files?
