Mobile Approval Error after Refresh and Upgrade [Multiple CPQ sites are using the same email server for Mobile Approvals.] (Doc ID 2499675.1)

When attempting to use mobile approvals, an email is received with the following error:

An error has occurred while trying to process your Request. No changes have been saved. Details of the error are:
Multiple CPQ sites ( and are using the same email server for Mobile Approvals.


One of the sites listed in the error was recently refreshed from the other site, and then upgraded.
