ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating an address through employee self service and the Zip Code
is entered, the address components like City, State will not
load. This happens while creating a new contact as well

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
__________________

1. Navigate to Me > Personal information > Contact information

2. Click '+' for Address section, enter Country = United States, Address Type,
    enter line1 etc.

3. Enter Zip Code (select value from the list of values).

4. Notice that the other address attributes are not loaded like City, State, County, etc...
