When attempting to process payroll for an employee who has Paternity Leave, the following error occurs.


 A. Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship 000001XXXX
  B. An error occurred when processing element {ELEM_NAME. (ETNAME=Paternity Leave Birth Absence Entitlement Result)
  C. An error occurred when processing formula PATERNITY LEAVE BIRTH ABSENCE ENTITLEMENT RESULT.
  D. An error occurred during formula execution. (ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=)(FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula ORA_HRX_GB_ABSENCE_PAYMENT, line 174, no data returned. (3=ORA_HRX_GB_ABS_DDF_PAT_AWE))
  E. Formula ORA_HRX_GB_ABSENCE_PAYMENT, line 174, no data returned. (3=ORA_HRX_GB_ABS_DDF_PAT_AWE)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Payroll.
2. Observe Error messages for the employee.
