ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

New starter declaration doesn't update the tax code on PAYE calc card
A new hired employee has submitted the new starter declaration selecting the option as - A - first job since april . No taxable or pension.
Post this , an element entry is created new starter declaration reflecting the right tax code , however , the PAYE Calculation card still reflects the old tax code under - Statement
Current statement is : C -other job or pension
Expected is : A
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the New starter declaration to reflect the data from the Compensation plan.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HR Admin and hired a New Colleague
2. Login as New Hired Colleague
3. Click on Manage Personal Contribution
4. Click on Manage Contributions
4. Statement - Value A
5. Click on continue and Submit
6. Click on submit
7. Login as Payroll Admin
8. Manage Element entries
9. Manage Calculation cards
Statement A is selected for the colleague while Submitting the New starter Declaration.But when we verify the calculation cards for the same colleague, we observe that Statement C is displayed instead of statement A.
