18C - Global Search Not Working (Doc ID 2500117.1)

The Global Search is not working to enable to search for employee for which as a HR Specialist could perform the transactions.

This was working as expected in 18B, In 18C the setup is auto configured already and hence we are not able to search for any employees.

This test user has HR Specialist Role, Employee.
