Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Test environment has been upgraded to 18 B, error is received on existing installation.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Outlook.
2. Perform a local or full sync.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use SSO authentication in Outlook.
