Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Apps-Using OTBI Enterprise

This KM Note will help restore access to a folder/Items within a folder after the permissions were either deleted, changed or set to 'No Access'.

The latter action tends to make the folder/item not visible from the user view of the BI Catalog
