Symptoms

Supplier Profile Change Request

Supplier Profile shows the message
There is a pending profile change request for this supplier. Canceling the change request will make the profile editable.

Supplier Administrator is unable to see the History section
Approver is not receiving the notification.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Sign on as Supplier and create a Supplier Profile Change Request
2. Sign on as Supplier Administrator/Supplier Manager user and review the Supplier Profile
notice message:
There is a pending profile change request for this supplier. Canceling the change request will make the profile editable.
Select View Change Request
History section is not available
3. Sign on as approver user. Review Notifications. No Supplier Profile Change notification is found.
