No Reports On Managed Reports Screen (Doc ID 2500441.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.0.0 version, Core Product Functionality

 When clicking on the managed reports tab the following  message is received:

"Some schedules may not appear as one or more remote servers may be down"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Web Report (UI)
2. Select the icon (clock) for Manage Scheduled Reports
3. UI Error is received

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Manage the Scheduled reports.
