ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While testing the 18C upgrade, when navigating to an Opportunity and then searching for a Service Request associated to that Opportunity, the standard layout Service Request details page is being displayed verses our custom page. If you navigate to the Service Request list page and search for that same Service Request number, it displays the correct custom page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

NAV to Opportunity
Click Service Request subtab
Drilldown on Title field, the page should look the same when they navigate
directly to 'Service Request" object.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Click Service Request subtab
Drilldown on Title field, the page did not looks the same when they navigate
directly to 'Service Request" object. There are some fields missing.
