Symptoms

Not able to update the Min-Max fields even though they are not set at a Master Level

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Min-Max fields to be controlled at Org level
2. Open Manage Items UI and see that these fields cannot be updated
