PRC:PON: Issue With Response Price Calculation And Estimated Quantity (Doc ID 2500544.1)

Actual Behavior:
Response price and Response Quantity are incorrect on the Negotiation when using UOM Conversion with Cost Factors

Expected Behavior:
Expect to see the correct Response price and Quantity based on UOM conversions and Cost Factors

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup UOM Coversion between EA and HU (1HU- 100 EA)
2. Login into Sourcing Create Negotiation with 200 EA
3. Add Cost Factors to Negotiation on Fixed Amount
4. Invite Suppliers and Publish
5. Login as Supplier Create a response
6. Create Alternate line using UOM - HU
7. Edit the line and change the UOM which is reflecting quantity as 2 (which is 200/100- 2)
8. Enter the line price and Cost Factor fixed amount
9. Response price is showing as 12.025 however it should be 14.5
10 Submit the response
11. Now login as Buyer and check the line qty which is 2
12. Open the Line which shows qty as 200 and UOM - as HU
