BPCS REST API "Get Channel Block Statistics" is Not Working as Expected (Doc ID 2500566.1)

Symptoms

On : Blockchain Platform Cloud Service (BPCS) REST API "Get Channel Block Statistics" is not working as provided in the documentation,   according to this the only field required is channelName, but with only "/console/admin/api/v1.1/channels/{channelName}/blocks" the response is "Not found".
The API works only indicating the query params "fromId" and "toId", but another limitation is that it doesn't work if the id indicated is with more than 3 digits, then the response is "invalid argument".
