Help Desk Infolets: Resolution Time, Team Resolve Time Not Showing Any Data (Doc ID 2500569.1)

On : version, Service Request

There are many closed and resolved Service Requests in the system, but the "Team Resolve Time" and as well as the "Resolution Time" Help Desk Infolets are not displaying any data.

Replication steps:
1. Login as Human Resource Help Desk Manager

2. Go to the Help Desk Infolets page

3. The Resolution Time, Team Resolve Time Not infolets are not showing any data
