At the end of the table : The following direct store delivery specific layouts must be activated in the Sales application: (chapter 9)

It is said that user have to clone the layouts:

Synopsis Report Landing Page ORACO Duplicate Layout
Synopsis Report
Create ORACO Duplicate Layout
Synopsis Report Detail ORACO Duplicate Layout

But there cannot see the Business Entity Synopsis Report into environment.
