Approvers See Notification under the Bell Icon even after Request Approval (Doc ID 2500786.1)

Goal

Have multiple users in an user group that is responsible for approving a NIR (new Item request). If one user takes the action and approves the NIR, still other users in that group having the notifications.

All user from an approval group should not be able to see notification once one user had already took the action. Requirement is once the NIR approved, the notifications should be removed from the notifications bell icon for all user under that particular group.

Is there any way to achieve this?
