On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Print Receivable Transaction report does not Trigger child program (output) for Customer invoice. This issue is happening for a particular Invoice Transaction Type.

This would potentially be blocker for Mid Jan Go-Live

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Child process should be triggered and be able to print customer invoices

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Print Receivables Transactions process
