Symptoms

When attempting to Upload Categories in Category Map Set
the following error occurs.

Error:
The remote server returned an error:(500) Internal Server Error.


Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate > Procurement > Catalog
3. From Punchout Setup
4. Click on Category Map
5 Try to Upload Category Mappings - Get error
