IN OCCS Images Are Not Getting Reflected In Emails (Doc ID 2501250.1)

Symptoms

Images are not getting reflected in emails.So,not able to see images in emails. observed there is the wrong URL is getting reflected in email.

following URL in img tab.

https://www.customersite.xxxx.com/file/general/xxxx.png


The Images are dynamic values which should be displayed when it was configured properly.

It should be
https://customersite.xxx.com/file/general/xxx.png

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Register an account in green ball website
2. place an Order
3. An Email will be triggered with Template which doesn't have Images Displayed



Changes

 change in the Domain name after site went live
