Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to run Generate Payslip process the following error occurs.

Name PAY_PAYPROC_UNKNOWN_ERR
Token1 null
Token2 null
Token3 null
A system error occurred during processing. Contact your help desk.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Calculate Payroll
2. Calculate Prepayments
3. Make EFT Payments
4. Archive Periodic Payroll Results
5. Generate Payslips
