OAC-C : The /Shared folder Content Is Missing After UnArchiving A Sub-Folder and Get Error message "Path not found (/Shared)" (Doc ID 2501575.1)

Issue Seen :

This behavior happened in 18.2.1 version of Oracle Analytics Cloud - Classic. Steps performed :

1)Create a TEST folder in /shared . /Shared folder had other subfolders called Folder 1, Folder 2, Folder 3 ,etc where the users content resides.

2)Do a Archive of TEST Folder

3)Delete TEST Folder

4)Unarchive TEST folder

5)Once this was done, TEST folder showed up under /Shared but when collapsing and expanding /Shared , all the other content folder 1, folder 2, folder 3 etc disappeared.

As there were issues with Storage Admin users password, there were no Snapshots present in the system. So the main requirement was to retrieve the lost content in /Shared folder since this was all the reports/dashboards/projects etc created in Production Environment
