Unable To Get The Access Token.

User wants to use the Get Messages API in the Engage scope . Why is it that when they try to call the API it is showing an error stating error "unable to connect".
Steps to recreate:
Step 1: Register Your Client Application
Step 2: Step 2: Request User Authorization and Obtain an Authorization Code
A. I have submitted the below URL with the required details like client_id, Scope and Redirect_url.
Then it gave me the code in the URL:
Step 3: Exchange the Authorization Code for an Access Token.
I have made the following API request.
Method : POST
Url: https://public-api.virtue.com/oauth/token HTTP/1.1
Header : Host: GATEKEEPER
