Issue Seen :

In Oracle Analytics Cloud - Classic 18.3.3 Release, It was Observed that the "System Devices" and "System Profiles" Options under My Account > Deliver Options appear empty for some of the Users. The Users are created and maintained in IDCS. 

For some reason the System Device and System Profile which is supposed to be auto-populated do not get populated
