Symptoms

Error when trying to process past Event

New hire from April did not process enrollment so status is in Detected Status. In order to prep for open enrollment (supposed to start next week), trying to clear him up. However, when I go to process the New Hire event I get the following error.

Help desk advise says to contact Oracle Support.

This is holding up moving forward with Open Enrollment.

ERROR

An error occurred. The procedure ben_bpi_shd.constraint_error failed at step 5. (PAY-1635003)
Contact your help desk.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 4, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Evaluate detected Life event for employee.
2. Error is thrown.
