OMC:APM .Net Agent Doesn't Show In OMC UI After Installation (Doc ID 2501775.1)

Symptoms

APM .Net Agent 1.37 has been installed referring : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/management-cloud/dmapm/install-and-configure-apm-net-agent.html#GUID-90E2BBBC-7E22-4E89-832D-E0C61B4992D2

There is a gateway agent involved between APM Agent and OMC.
After installation the APM.Net agent doesn't show up in OMC UI.
There is no APM Log directory getting generated.
