Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Global Human Resources on Saas environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Approver cannot see the attached documents in the approval notification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The attachments should be included in the approval notification.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. An employee submits a document and the approver is able to view it before approving.
2. Then, the same employee makes some changes to this document and adds an additional document before resubmitting for approval.
3. Employee is unable to view the newly added document.
4. Approver cannot see either document in the approval notification.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, Approvers are not able to view the attached documents in approval notification
