Invalid Distance Covered / Stops Completion Values showed on Fleet Monitoring (Doc ID 2501935.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Fleet Monitoring

When attempting to see the details (stops completed & distance traveled) of a shipment in IoT FM mobile app the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Total distance covered is shown as Data Not Available.
Stops completed displayed is 2/3, but all stops were completed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on IoT FM mobile app
2. Search shipment
3. See details

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot correctly asses the shipment status.
