Currencies Are Not ALL Showing In LOV

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When we try to configure reporting currencies for South Africa and Zambia, the respective currencies ZAR & ZMW are not shown in List of Values.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The currencies LOV should show all enabled and non end-dated currencies.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have currencies enabled and non end-dated set up as:
ZAL
ZAR
ZMW
2. Go to Create Reporting Currencies and thy to select one of the Z... currencies the last on showed is XPF - CFP France
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a reporting currency for South Africa and Zambia.
