Symptoms

On 11.13.18.10 version, Setup Module

Create Credit Scoring Model - TEST Credit Scoring Model
Add Data point 
- Category = Additional
- Data Point = Data Point 1

Define Ranges - 
1 - 100000
100000 - 500000
500000 - 500001
500001 - 1000000

Error after adding last range -
Error: The data points Data Point 1 contain invalid ranges. The value of From Range must be less than or equal to the value of To Range. (AR-857521)
