From ESS, Address Change, Postal Code Entry Clears After Selection and the Address cannot be Updated.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
From ESS, Address Change, Postal Code entry clears after selection.
There is no error as this is a required field and they are unable to commit the change
Expect to be able to update the address details.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. N: Personal Information
2. Contact Information
3. Select Edit or Add Address
4. Enter Address date and details
5. Upon Entering Postal Code, the field becomes cleared and blank.
This is also the case for entering in Province and City on their own.
