Symptoms

On: Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service

Data Sync server fails to start.

Following log is captured in BICS_setup_log :

An SQL data change is not permitted for a read-only connection, user or database.
MESSAGE:::An SQL data change is not permitted for a read-only connection, user or database.
