Web Log Cannot Be Downloaded and is Empty When Viewed in the UI (Doc ID 2502655.1)

Symptoms

You are unable to pull WEB logs from the UI with the Download zip option. The log downloads with 0 bytes.

They cannot be viewed in the UI either as the WEB log is empty.

New WEB logs when created do not exist on the server as confirmed by Cloud Ops.

This error is seen in the Exception log when trying to retrieve/view the log:
