Mobile App Orders Are Not Syncing With Web UI (Doc ID 2502849.1)

Goal

During testing, we notice that the orders are no sync with the web application, the orders was submitted and the app show us the print of the order, but when we upload or sync the order don´t appear on the web for the account.
