 How To Prevent User Entering Past Receipt Date?
 The quantity entered XX must be less than the tolerance quantity YY
 Error: An error occurred while trying to split lot or serial number lines
 Error: The value provided for the Receiving Location attribute is invalid (RCV-2445166)
 Error: You cannot receive this document because the receipt date is not within the acceptable tolerances. (RCV-2445024)
 Error: For items under serial control, you must enter a transaction quantity that corresponds to an integer value in terms of items primary UOM(RCV-2445187)
