Goal

What are the best practices on assigning a manager for CEO kind of role, which generally does not have a manager, as that is the highest post in the company.

Requirement is to assign company's CFO as CEO's manager but CFO is direct report to CEO & if one tries to assign CFO as manager to CEO, they get the PER-1531904 error of "You cannot add manager XXXX because it causes a hierarchy loop". 

Also, requirement includes not creating a special additional user, just for this function.
