Goal

1. This Note provides the steps needed to setup and configure the connection between OCI VM using the Private Subnet and the OCI-C DBaaS Instance using the IPNetwork.

2. This Note will also help in configuration of various Network Components.

3. These steps can also be followed to configure similar setup or configuration between OCI BM/VM/Compute and the On-Premise environment.
