Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are unable to add Facebook channels in Workflow and Automation as drop down for channel selection appears blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Drop down will appear with new Facebook pages to add to Workflow and Automation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Visit SRM > W&A > Resources > Channels > Add Channel > Select Facebook Channel > Toggle drop down > Blank > Unable to add channel
