Can Not See All Transaction Types In Manage Transactions Screen And The Transaction Type Is Blank

Symptoms
User defined 120 Transaction Types. The list only displays 100 Transaction Type in Manage Transactions.
User can not search for specific Transaction Type.
When search on Transaction Number that has one of the Transaction Type that is not in the list, the Search Results show blank Transaction Type.
STEPS
1. Create transaction types
Setup and Maintenances > Manage Incentive Lookups
Lookup Type = CN_TP_TRANSACTION_TYPE
eg. Lookup_code = IC_TT1
Meaning and Description = IC Transaction Type 1
Note: To reproduce, need to have 101 total lookup codes
2. Manage Transactions > Create : Transaction Type -- only see 100 values
3. Manage Transactions > Search : Transaction Type -- only see 100 values
4. Import a transaction (eg. '0050860241_000013802793' with transaction type = IC_TT1 ) and run Collection
5. Manage Transaction > Search on Trx# = '0050860241_000013802793'
1) Search Result shows blank Transaction Type ( see screenshot )
2) Transaction Detail shows blank transaction type ( see screenshot )
6. Disable some of the lookup codes so that transaction type IC_TT1 is in the list of 100.
Search Result and Transaction Detail now show the transaction type value.
