Goal

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

Bell Notifications - Disable approval

Customer has enabled Email as well as Bell notifications for all approvals process. Customer wants their employees to approve only via email. They want the notifications to be enabled but Approvals via notifications to be disabled.
For example, when an employee is terminated, manager should receive an email as well as bell notification for the transaction. However, manager should be able to take an action only via email. He just need to see the details via notification

How can we achieve this functionality?
