Goal

Attribute Group Help text is displayed on Item EFF (Extended Flexfields) Attribute Groups in both the Supplier Portal and in Product Hub. This has always been limited to 400 characters.

Steps:
1. Go to: Navigator
2. Navigate to: Product Development > Product Information Management
3. Go to Manage Items task
4. Search for and Open Item
5. Open Page with EFF's
6. See Attribute Group displayed with Help Text.

How to increase Attribute Group Help text to 2500 characters, in order to accomplish a more usable solution and to drive a higher data quality?
