Missing Data in Worksheet in Export

Miscellaneous rates data is missing In Administration Reports Export

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see miscellaneous rates data in the worksheet download

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Workforce Compensation > View Administration Reports > Select Compensation Plan > Exports > Worksheet Export > Export


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:
Workforce Compensation is being used for comp planning and if manager doesn’t see data for an employee that is a problem and could result in the employee’s bonus or salary increase not being correct.
