Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GOSI deduction is not calculated differently after employee's salary change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
GOSI deduction should be calculated differently in the month when the salary is changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Hired employee with Hire date 15-Jan-2018.
2.) While Hiring Salary was 10000 SAR.
3.) Run Quickpay for month of Jan-2018 and Feb-2018.
4.) Now salary was changed effective 1-March-2018 from Manage Salary task.
Salary Change : 20000SAR.
5.) Run QuickPay for month of Mar-2018.
